A framed limited edition Disney sericels of Winnie the Pooh. The sericel is based on the 1968 animated movie of Winnie the Pooh and the Blustery Day. This sericel, Bouncy, Trouncy Tigger was created in1997 and is one of 5000. Walt Disney studios hand painted a cel and used it to create the limited edition sericel. The sericel comes with a certificate of authenticity.
