Vintage Maytag Washer and Roller Water Remover

A vintage Maytag washer and roller water remover. This Maytag is a model 9670. The washer stands on four legs with casters and an x-stretcher which holds the a.c. motor. Attached to the side of the washer is the roller water remover, patented February 1926.

Condition

draws power when plugged in, but cord is dry rotted – use as a washing machine is not recommended
some rust, lid to washer needs to be reattached
