A signed artist proof lithograph of a seated Hawaiian woman by Yvonne Cheng, a Honolulu-based artist known for her natural, loose-lined depictions of Hawaiian women. The work is applied to a burnt sienna background with a white mat and is encased in a cream-colored acrylic frame under glass. Cheng’s works can be seen in the Hilton Hawaiian Village Kalia Tower, Mariposa restaurant in Neiman Marcus, the Grand Wailea Resort on Maui and in the Hawai’i State Art Museum. Her work also was featured in the 2006 Honolulu Academy of Art’s Showcase.
