A Mollie Parnis chiffon dress. This lovely vintage full length dress features layers of chiffon in graduated shades of red. Featuring a cape collar and butterfly sleeve with two layers of chiffon with a hidden zipper to back. Molly Parnis’s designs were a favorite of First Ladies Mamie Eisenhower, who wore one for Eisenhower’s inauguration, and Lady Bird Johnson.
