Bowflex XTL Exercise Machine

Item Details

A Bowflex XTL exercise machine. This machine includes the lat pull down attachment and the leg extension/leg curl attachment. The base of the machine is a padded bench connected to a tall back with attached rods used to adjust resistance during workouts. The poles are engaged using a system of pulleys and cords attached to cuffs the user pulls on during workout. Also included is the User Manual and Bowflex Fitness Instructional Video VHS.
