Imperial 18th Century Italian Rococo Reproduction Mantel Clock

An eighteenth-century Italian rococo reproduction mantel clock made by Imperial in the mid to late twentieth century. The Italian-style clock features two putti in a bronze finish with a bronze finish to the global clock face. The clock is adorned with gilt finished accents to the body and green marble base, including the arrow clock hands and Roman numerals to the clock face. The clock is marked ‘Made in Italy’ to the gilt cloud behind one putto. The marble base rests upon six gilt cloud feet. Two winding keys are included.

Condition

- dust throughout. The clock keeps time but does not chime. The clock was not tested for long-term time keeping.
