An original signed watercolor by artist William R. Brooks (American, b. 1938) titled, Ascending Blues. This watercolor on paper, created in 1970, depicts an abstracted scene with irregular shaped blocks of pale colors. The work has been signed to the lower right, ‘W.R. Brooks’, comes matted in cream and in a natural wood frame.
