Hand-Woven Indo-Persian Runner

Item Details

A long, hand-woven Indo-Persian wool runner. The runner has been altered through its existence, with a center seam indicating two borders of a previously room-size rug were taken and sewn together. The runner boasts carnation and floral curvilinear motifs throughout in hues of scarlet, navy blue, taupe, and sunset orange. The center is lined with a double border with a carnation pattern. Machine-applied wool fringe is to either side.

  • Please note, this is an item that may be especially difficult to move and/or transport. Unless shipping arrangements are available and made by the winning bidder, that individual is responsible for, and advised to bring, appropriate assistance, vehicle, and any necessary tools to pickup.
