An 18K yellow gold openwork pendant with a prong set 24K yellow gold 1915 Austria restrike gold ducat coin depicting the laureate head, facing right, of Emperor Franz Joseph I to the center framed by the text, “FRANC IOS I D G AUSTRIAE IMPERATOR”. On the obverse side are the arms of Austria upon a crowned double-headed Imperial eagle and the inscription “HUNGAR BOHEM GAL LOD ILL REX A A 1915”. The coin is held in an 18K frame.
