Antique Folding Spoon

An antique travelers folding spoon. This spoon bowl is made of 50% silver, and the handle is made of approximately 73% ironstone. It has a light overlay of silver and gold on the etched handle design. This spoon also contains a small mix of copper. It has a hinge above the rat-tail bowl to fold the spoon for more compact storage. This piece likely originated from Germany.
