Pair of Carved Lions Head Chairs
Item Details
A pair of ornately carved folding chairs. The back has a fleur de lis carved in the center of each chair. The bases are comprised of twelve interlaced curving slats that form an ‘X’ shape. The slats are attached to two base pieces. The arms are carved in the shapes of lion heads, each with a silver tone circle in their mouths. They are accompanied by two small mustard yellow brocade cushions. They were made in Italy. They are the companion to item 016ATL-239, Marble Top Chess Table.
