An antique handmade Bakhtiari Iranian rug. This hand knotted rug features a cotton foundation with wool weft in a tightly knotted style and features a design of individual squares with floral and geometric accents in red, blue, cream and grey. Rug has a floral motif inner and outer border with a thick black border with large flower accents. Rug has small white fringe on the short ends.
