A Haviland Limoges ‘Theodore’ china collection. This Rococo revival collection is hand detailed in a pale green and pink rose motif with gold gilding and each piece is hand stamped in oxblood to bottom ‘Theodore Haviland Limoges FRANCE Patent applied for’ this grouping includes one 16 inch wide platter, one 14 inch wide platter with a ‘12’ stamped to underside, one 11.5 inch wide pattern with a ‘10’ stamped to underside, one 9 inch wide round lidded serving dish, one 8 inch wide oval lidded serving dish, one 9 inch wide sauce boat with under plate, nine 3.25 inch round butter pats, one 9 inch wide butter plate, one 9.5 inch wide oval serving dish, nine 4.75 inch wide berry bowls, six 7.5 inch wide soup bowls, and eleven 8.25 inch wide bread plates.
Condition
- one butter pat has small crack, butter plate has small chip to underside, one berry bowl has a hairline crack, one soup bowl has large repair and chips to rims, one soup bowl has two small chips to underside of rim, one bread plate has chip to rim
