Mozambican Fertility Mask

A carved wooden fertility mask from Mozambique. This elongated mask features a long, pointed chin with two similarly shaped protrusions on either side. It is painted green, brown, and black and bears small scale gridded patterns on triangular and abstractedly shaped panels.
