Antique 1848 Handwritten Indenture Deed Document
Item Details
An antique indenture dated March 27, 1848. Features handwritten elegant script among printed words as well. At the top it appears to read, ‘This Indenture made the twenty seventh day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty eight between Samuel J Housweart of Roaring Creek Township Columbia County and state of Pennsylvania and Huldy his wife farmer of the first part, and Peter K McMuntrice….’. The opposite side reads ‘Deed’ in a large and scrolled script.

-Signs of tears, discoloration, creases, foxing to edges, holes
