A variety of HO scale model scenery kits, including: Woodland Scenics brand – unopened box, labeled ‘HO Scale 1:87 Two Masonry Arch Culverts’, a Roco brand truck in new, unopened packaging, labeled ‘CCKW 353 606’, a Woodland Scenics brand new unopened package containing a kit to make 3 outhouses, which comes with a human figure, part #D-214 on package, a Downtown Deco brand scale model building set, in new, unopened package, marked model DD1002 (brick store fronts) labeled ‘Part 1’, a Downtown Deco brand scale model kit for storefront buildings (has been opened; unable to determine completeness of kit) labeled ‘Addams St. (Part 1) Limited Run HO Scale Kit, a Downtown Deco brand HO scale model building set, new/unopened package, labeled ’Addams Ave. Part 3 – DD1003’, two packages of plaster brick walls (unpainted) in original brown paper wrapping, includes a total of 18 plaster brick wall sections (condition of all pieces unknown), a Walthers model building kit, marked ‘Interstate Fuel & Oil’ to the outside of the box, which has been opened, but appears to be unused, and a Korber Models HO building kit with instructions to build a loading dock and water tank; unable to tell if all parts are present because box has been opened. There is also a baggie with unknown parts in it.
