An electric Bladez EX 350 two wheeled scooter. The scooter features a tubular steel frame with cushion grip hand controls and a hand operated brake. There is a wide standing platform with a maximum weight load of 175 pounds and maximum speed of fourteen miles per hour, using a 24 volt type battery with 110-240 volt LED charger. The battery is not operational and scooter could not be tested.
