A Rookwood pottery collie themed bookend pair. Ivory glazed collie pair designed by William Macdonald in 1926, these bookends portray two attentive collie dogs in a standing pose with one front leg bent and pricked ears. Bookends are marked on the bottom with the Rookwood mark and the number ‘2778’.
