A pair of hand-painted Nippon pieces. These lovely, decorative pieces of fine porcelain include a bowl and a tall vase. The bowl features a handle on either side with colorful floral designs on the interior and a white exterior with a blue stripe around the top including various gold painted motifs, such as eagles, coat of arms shields, and scroll motifs. The vase also features a handle on either side with a primarily light blue body featuring various gold painted details as well as a nature scene that wraps around the entire vase and depicts a sunset overlooking a lake. Both piece are stamped with the maker’s mark to the underside.
