1982 Listed Artist Sonja Blomdahl Art Glass Bowl

Item Details

A 1982 hand blown art glass bowl by listed late 20th century artist Sonja Blomdahl. The bowl has a flared rim and contains the hues of brown, white, and sky blue. Etched to the underside, ‘Sonja ’82’. Sonja Blomdahl was born in Massachusetts in 1952 and began working with glass twenty years later at the Massachusetts College of Art. She has received multiple awards including, but not limited to the 1986 NEA Visual Arts Fellowship and the 1987 Artists Trust Fellowship.
