Antique Henry Troemner Apothecary Scale with Ivory Accents
Item Details
An antique apothecary scale by Henry Troemner. Made during the early 20th century, this beam balance scale is held in a wooden case with glass panels and glass door along the front. The door along the front has a lock with the original key included. There is a single drawer below that holds a weight set in grams. The case stands on four brass feet. Inside the case a plaque reading ‘Henry Troemner Philadelphia’ is located in front of the balance beam scale. A round ivory rest stands below each of the scale’s baskets. The scale appears to be in working condition.

Condition
There is a crack in one of the glass panels, signs of age appropriate wear throughout. The weights are stuck within their wooden holder. The scale appears to be in working condition.
