An antique land-measuring tool. The wooden protractor has a handle at the top which the user would grasp, placing one of the tips at the starting place. Holding one tip on the ground, the device is swiveled around, and the next point marked. The points of the protractor can be adjusted with wing nuts. The two points can be spread apart as far as approximately seventy-five inches. Unmarked.
