A Roger Hebbelinck signed lithograph. The lithograph, (number 57/300) depicts an idyllic country village scene, with cottages and a water wheel, tinted with soft colors. A typewritten label affixed to the verso gives a short biography of the artist, and reads, ‘By Roger hebbelinck, born at Brussels, Belgium August 12, 1912. His art education was with The Fine Arts Academy in Brussels, where he graduated with honors. Today he is considered one of Switzerland’s most outstanding artists.’ His penciled signature, ‘R. Hebbelinck’, appears to the lower right; the number 57/300 is penciled to the lower left. The lithograph is presented under glass in a simple wood frame.
