M. Ditlef Offset Lithograph "Song of Love

A duotone early offset lithographic print on paper of a painting by M. Ditlef, titled Song of Love. There are only three known images by this artist, and some art historians believe this was a pseudonym for American artist Marguerite Stuber Pearson (1898-1978). The stunning image depicts a beautiful young girl playing piano in an ornate Victorian home. This print is unsigned. A copyright mark from TMCO is printed to the lower right. The print is presented behind glass in a radiator paint frame with a wire attached to the verso for hanging.
