Marked that the machine pays to 1000 coins, all other wins paid by attendant and there is the option to play 1 to 5 coins. Light on top of machine turns on when powered on. Does not include the key to open the lock on the right side that houses the coin bank. When powered on the screen reads ‘Call Attendant hopper malfunction extra coin paid out door open.’
