A circa 1940s 9.5’-long double-sided Tennessee Central Railway sign from the now-shuttered Tennessee Central Depot on 1sr Avenue in downtown Nashville, Tennessee. This six-piece porcelain enamel sign was once a neon sign, with gas-discharge tubes tracing each hand painted letter, but is now stripped of almost all tubing. It features cream color letters against a red backdrop, with two accent stripes on bottom.
