A large rocking horse sculpture by Rose Reed Littrell (20th c., American). Littrell, a native of Franklin, TN, focuses on Horses for much of her work, several pieces of which are displayed prominently in Nashville’s famous Wild Horse Saloon. This 1994 horse is fitted with an attached saddle, stirrups, and leather straps. It sits on a rocking wooden base. Marked with a brass plaque on the backside of the saddle.
