Vintage Pepsi-Cola Vending Machine

A vintage Pepsi-Cola vending machine, circa 1940’s or 1950s by the Vendrolator Manufacturing Company, Fresno, California. The vending machine has been painted a bright blue, with coin slots, display, and vending compartment at the front, with Pepsi-Cola brand logo stickers at two places on the front and at the sides, with the embossed Pepsi logo at the top in red paint. The machine accepts 10¢ for drinks and is designed to return change from a quarter. It has a bottle opener compartment with opener to the left front, above a handle which was depressed to vend the drink bottle. Model VMC 88, Serial number 69768B, 9 amps, 1/4 horsepower motor. 235HS test pressure.
