Item Details

A beautiful Colonial grandfather clock made in Zeeland, Michigan, model #1708. The clock is set in a beautiful mahogany cabinet featuring an arched top decorated with cutouts and highlighted by three brass finals on the top and corners. The elegant face displays an abundance of brass scroll work, and a sun dial sits to the top. The cabinet is highlighted with a columnar support on either side and fluted pilasters along the body. The pendulum, weights and hardware are all brass. The movement is 332, and the Dial DU. The clock stands upon a thick footed base. This grandfather clock worked when tested.
