An English Besway tea cart, circa 1920. The tea cart is rollable and contains two levels at the top with a smaller, square level on the bottom. Cart is constructed of oakwood and can be collapsable is one pulls the knob. Manufactured by Besway. Made in England. Patent No. 273140.
