Pair of Persian Style Paintings

A pair of Persian style paintings. These two pieces show two scenes of conflict. One shows a scene of figures on foot and horseback being attacked by lions. They are in a bucolic setting with trees and flowers. The other piece shows a battle scene of figures on horseback and figures riding elephants. The background is all orange with a few trees and flowers. They are both matted in cream and framed in wood painted gold with red accents.
