A lithograph print of a watercolor painting by Paul N. Norton (1909-1984). The print features Governor’s Mansion on Terrace Hill in Iowa. It features brilliant red bricks with curved architecture accents, black roofing and several windows. The mansion stands in the middle of a snow laden lawn with three barren trees in front. To the bottom right corner, is Norton’s signature in print. The print in presented behind glass with a deep red mat. Frame has two black guard borders surrounding a cherry finish wood border. Wire strung to back for hanging. Also on the back, is a stamp belong to the framing company.
