An American Empire Grecian style sofa. This handsome sofa features an ogee back rail with flame mahogany veneer, padded scrolled arms and elegant ‘C’ scrolled feet on casters. Circa 1845, the sofa is upholstered in a heavy floral brocade fabric having a cream field with pale orange and green accents and finished with braided trim.
Condition
- some wear to finish with breaks in veneer.
