George Engle Signed Aquatint Etching "Scottie"

A signed aquatint etching by listed Indian artist George Engle (1932-1983), titled Scottie. The etching depicts a squat Scottish Terrier standing in a flat grassy area. He gazes straight ahead, his tail and ears alert. The print is signed and titled in pencil in the lower margin. It is matted in very pale pink-gray, and is presented behind glass in a simple angled black wooden frame. A wire is attached to the verso of the piece for hanging.

Condition

-a few very light scratches mark the frame.
