A lithograph of Napoleon descending the stairs of Fountainbleau in Paris after he abdicated his position as the Emporer of the French in 1815. The original painting was by Georges Cain (1856-1919) who was a French painter who specialized in the history of Paris. This piece is mostly in black and white with his blue coat standing out strongly from the background. It has a white border with a gray tone matting and an ornate metallic frame; ready to hang.
