An original signed landscape oil on canvas by well-listed artist David Garcia (France, 1936-) . The work, painted in an impressionistic style, depicts a sun-dappled lawn, flanked to both sides by white and pink flowering rose bushes and leafy trees, with two women in long dresses conversing at the end of the lawn, with a stone cottage to the background and blue-tinged hills to the distant horizon. The painting is signed to the lower right corner and displayed in a gilded wood frame with brass display light.
