Welch Mantel Clock

A mantel clock by E. N. Welch Mfg. Co. This clock features decorative enameled wood casing, two metal cabriole feet to front, decorative metal handles to sides, and decorative column designs to front. The clock has a tan face with black Roman numerals and a gold tone border. Clock comes with key winder and hardware. Not in working condition.
