Vintage Chinoiserie Decorated Desk, Chair and Box

A vintage black painted desk with Queen Anne style brass hardware, lyre-back side chair and drawer-box, all decorated with chinoiserie painting of garden pavilions, bridges and figures, in an Asian style, signed by the artist, ‘M. Cottin’, on the box. Circa 1950.

- having expected wear to painted finish, especially on chair back.
