Item Details

A vintage library card catalog, circa 1940. The catalog features fifteen card drawers in three rows to the top, offset from the bottom with two large card drawers. Both sets of drawers are connected; however, the very top of the piece is removable to reveal the small card drawers beneath. A placard to the front of the catalog reads, ‘Remington Rand Library Bureau Division.’

Condition

- veneer is stripping to the side, wear and staining to the top, to the central shelf, and to the legs. Scratches to the veneer throughout. Two knobs on the drawers are missing. Some plastic drawer pulls have broken.
