An authentic 1975 theatrical movie poster for Walt Disney’s re-release of the original 1950 movie, Treasure Island. This poster is bright yellow, featuring actor Robert Newton as the villainous one-legged pirate, Long John Silver, with parrot on his shoulder. This second release had been re-edited to earn it a G rating, rather than its original PG for violence. The poster is numbered at the bottom, R75/206.
Condition
Folds in the poster are inherent to the circulation of posters to the theaters. There are pin holes to the corners.
