Vintage Gebr. Staiger Musical German Alarm Clock
Item Details
A vintage German musical alarm clock by Gebr Staiger. The alarm clock features a maroon, plastic casing with gold toned accents. The clock face is on the left and features the Arabic numerals in a silver tone with two hands and an alarm clock hand. A small speaker, colored gold, is to the right of the clock. The clock winds in the back, as does the music, and the alarm hand can be set. Fifteen minutes before the time the alarm is set for, the music box will start to play, ‘Faust Waltz.’ In order for the music to play the knob to the front has to be turned to the left and to shut off the music, turn knob to the right. Music will cease to play fifteen minutes past the alarm hand. Marked to the underside is the title of the music, ‘Faust Waltz.’
