Hand Knotted Pakistani Bokhara Rug
Item Details
A hand knotted Pakistani Bokhara wool rug. The rug is knotted with vibrant red, yellow, and black dyed wool. The rug was likely made by the Tekke tribe from the area of Bokhara in Central Asia. The field is filled with rows of guls in two interchanging designs, surrounding by an ornate geometric patterned border.
Condition
- some wear to the surface from age and use.
