Dickens' Village Churches

Item Details

A Dickens’ Village churches collection consists of four churches and accessories. The churches are titled ‘Ivy Glen Church’, ‘Old Michael Church’, ‘Abbey’ (1987), and ‘Whittlesbourne’ (1994). Accessories include ‘Churchyard Gate and Fence (set of three), and ’Carolers On The Doorstep’ (set of four).

The Dickens’ Christmas Village by Department 56 has become an enduring collectable item for annual and permanent home displays. Each of the items are made of ceramic with intricate designs in the building details as well as the people and accessories and all of the items are hand painted and all of the buildings as marked to the bottom.

Condition

The lights are untested. Some of the boxes may show some wear and/or spotting. The box and light cord for the “Abbey” are not available. The exterior box cover for the “Whittlesbourne” church is not available.
