Antique Chinese Foo Dog, Gold Vermeil and Cloisonne

A beautiful antique Chinese gold vermeil and cloisonne over silver Foo dog. Fine vermeil body overlaid with vibrant colored cloisonne and filigree ball. The enamel work is exquisitely detailed, including the tongue and the fringe on the back of the legs. An old, very interesting piece. Has patina due to age. It is in good vintage condition with no losses of enamel observed. This is the most beautiful and detailed piece of it’s kind. It was a gift from Eugenio Lopez, Sr of the Philippines. in 1973.

This item can be transferred to our Cincinnati Showroom for a $10 fee.
