Antique Cavalry Saber
Item Details
A 19th century antique cavalry saber with metal sheathe. It seems to follow the design of the Model 1860 US light cavalry saber, however it does not have military markings. The only marking is the word ‘India’ scratched into the blade near the guard.
Condition
- rust and metal discoloration consistent with age to the sheathe and handle; the blade is mostly clean.
