Schwab; April 4. ’30.’ The image depicts a sheep herder leisurely leading his flock down a dirt road as the sun is setting, a cottage visible in the distance. The painting is mounted within a carved wood frame with a natural stained finish.

- accretion throughout painting surface. Mitered joints of frame are slightly pulling apart.
