A signed John A. Ruthven limited edition offset lithograph print titled Miami Indian. This print depicts a Miami Indian in traditional attire holding a spear. A Cincinnati, Ohio native, John A. Ruthven (b. 1924) is a well-known naturalist, wildlife artist, conservationist, lecturer, and author. The print is double signed, once in plate and once in pencil, has collector’s stamp to lower left, and is limited edition no. 999/1000. Piece is presented in a wood frame with a white mat, not behind glass. Print also comes with an offset lithograph on paper with the same imagery of the ‘Miami Indian’ print with the history of John Ruthven and the Miami Indians. Paper is folded and comes in a folder attached to back of frame.
