Vintage Postcard Collection
Item Details
A vintage postcard collection, most dated from the United States and abroad; many are from the linen postcard era of the 1930s and 1940s, others are from as late as the 1950s. Included are approximately twenty black and white real photo postcards, circa World War II, approximately twenty Acadia style accordion fold packets of multiple locations, and many more. Most postcards showcase buildings, cities, famous landmarks, or monuments, with a few that advertise Amtrak. Some are unposted, but others have been previously sent through the mail; there are myriad stories to be told in the many handwritten messages.
Condition
Some are not used or written on. Some have fading or contain blemishes.
