Antique New Haven Shelf Clock

An antique New Haven clock. This unique piece features a painted shelf clock with a beveled wood frame and two paneled glass door with landscape decoration at the bottom panel. The glass door is separated in two panels, the top pane protecting the dial and face while the bottom features a reverse painted landscape image. The clock face is white tin featuring roman numeral numbers and floral detail. The center of the clock face is open to display gears within. Brass hardware used throughout.

Condition

Some wear to back of clock.

Unknown if operable. May need new battery.
