Armchair with Carved Eagle Design

Item Details

An attractive oak armchair with a wrap-around crest rail, with a black leather veneer, above a carved design of an eagle clutching a medallion reading ‘1776’. It has lathe-turned stiles, legs, and spreaders, and a removable seat cushion. By Charles E. Beck Company, in their ‘Charter Oaks’ line.
